Pathways to Opportunity is dedicated to serving individuals with a wide range of disabilities, including Down Syndrome, autism, cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injuries, schizophrenia, polio, and other undiagnosed disabilities. Our mission is to provide opportunities for these individuals to reach their full potential and lead fulfilling lives. We believe that everyone deserves the chance to thrive, and we are committed to making that a reality for those we serve.
About Our Programs
Our Adult Day Training Program offers group classes based on the needs and interests of our participants. Our team of trained professionals works closely with each individual to create a program that helps them gain independence and experience new opportunities. Life Skills Development Program [ADT/LSD3]

Life Skills Summer Series
Pathways to Opportunity is committed to helping individuals reach their full potential. We are thrilled about our annual Life Skills Series, consisting of four one-week sessions throughout June and July. Our series will provide a variety of experiences intended to equip participants with essential life skills. After each session, each participant will receive a personalized report detailing their successes, challenges and next steps.
